If your tracking number isn’t working yet, don’t worry — it may take 2–5 days after shipping for the system to update.
Where is my tracking number?
You will receive your tracking number by email 2–5 business days after your order is processed.
If you don’t see it:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Search for emails from support@relixa.co
- Make sure you used the correct email at checkout
Shipping Time Estimates
- USA: 7–12 business days
- Canada, UK, Australia: 8–15 business days
- Other countries: 10–20 business days
Processing time: 1–3 business days
My package says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it
Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered 24–48 hours early.
Please wait a full two days.
If it still hasn't arrived:
- Check around your porch or mailbox
- Confirm the address used at checkout
- Ask neighbors or building staff
