We offer a 30-day refund or exchange from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in its original condition
  • Include original packaging
  • Must not be damaged due to misuse

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item you want to return
  • The reason for the return

Our team will send you return instructions within 24–48 hours.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not provide prepaid return labels.

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged on arrival), we will cover the shipping cost.

Refund Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not working correctly, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@relixa.co with:

  • A description of the issue
  • Photo or video proof

We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 12 hours, orders may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Items on sale
  • Gift cards
  • Used, heavily worn, or damaged items (unless faulty on arrival)

Lost or Stolen Packages

Relixa™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier.
If your tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive your package, please contact your local carrier office.
